  • We ship from our rural studio in Northern Alta. 45min west of Grande Prairie.

  • As we ship from Canada, customers outside of Canada may be responsible for additional taxes, duties, or customs fees depending on their country’s regulations. Any fees not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking information so you can follow your package along its way.

    If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folder; sometimes our little shipping updates like to wander off there.

  • On infrequent occasions, this can happen. Please let us know as soon as you suspect anything, and we'll look into it immediately.

Servicing

  • Mother Mountain pieces are made to be worn, loved, and lived in, and we’re always happy to help with a little mending when we can.

    If your piece experiences normal wear and needs repair during that time, we’ll happily take care of it. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the repair is a maker’s defect. Please note that some types of damage, including breaks within delicate chain links, may not be repairable.

  • Sterling silver, bronze. brass , solid gold, and gold-filled metals can naturally change colour, tarnish, or oxidize over time. It’s simply part of the nature of these metals and can be encouraged by exposure to air, moisture, and everyday chemicals. When your jewelry isn’t being worn, we recommend keeping it tucked away in a sealed container or pouch to help slow the process.

    Water itself isn’t always the culprit, but chemicals and minerals found in pools, hot tubs, and some water particularly chlorine and sulphur can be hard on your jewelry. I recommend removing your pieces before swimming, bathing, or soaking.

    If your jewelry loses a little of its original glow, don't worry; a gentle polish can bring it back to life. Visit our Jewelry Care page for a little more guidance.

  • Yes! I offer installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay. Complete the prompts during checkout. I do not offer payment plans outside of Klarna and Afterpay. Thanks for your understanding!
