SHIPPING
All orders may require a day or two to update and scan.
I live rurally but I always try to keep my turnaround times as short as possible. Your package will be on its way within 2 days of ordering (pending holidays, bad weather, and events out of my control, etc).
Shipping prices are calculated based on the shipping address, weight, and mail class. All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Upon check out, you will be able to choose from the following shipping options

Regular Parcel
If you are still curious about which shipping option is best for you before committing to a shipping method click here. I also highly recommend always choosing a shipping option that includes insurance. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages :( but in the event this happens please reach out to me via email as soon as possible. Please note in the case of lost or stolen packages I can not issue you a refund on your ordered item or the cost of shipping.
MADE TO ORDER pieces (these items will have a shipping note in the item description and will be labeled Made To Order ) are made ASAP. Depending on the timing and my in-stock materials it can take anywhere from 2-10 days. But you will always be kept in the loop.
Are you taking custom orders?
I currently do not do custom orders or repairs on jewelry that isn’t my own.
Sizing/Fit
I am not responsible for mis-measuring or slight size differences. You can download my sizing chart to help you figure out your ring size HERE. But your absolute best option is to pop into your local jewellers and have them size you. I am happy to answer questions regarding sizing!
Tips: Your ring size can fluctuate throughout the day. Be sure to measure your chosen finger during the later parts of the day VS first thing in the morning. Thin band rings and thicker band rings tend to fit differently.
Size 1/2 to 1 size up when ordering a ring with a thicker band.
"I ordered the wrong size" ?
If you order the wrong size you may ship your ring back but will be charged a resizing fee ( if the ring is able to be resized) and additional shipping fees. Your ring(s) will be shipped back to you within 10 days of receiving the order. In the event, your ring can not be resized then you will receive an exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days of receiving your original purchase.
Returns & Refunds?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds are at my discretion. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective upon original delivery. The product must be returned in original condition.
Made to order items may be exchanged for a different size, or maybe returned in their original condition for shop credit only.
If your return is approved, you will be refunded in the amount of the item only, shipping will not be refunded.
Repairs
Even though I always go out of my way to build quality jewelry pieces sometimes things happen and stuff breaks. If a piece you ordered is broken or damaged upon arrival, I will fix or replace the item free of charge upon receiving photo evidence of the damage. Please let me know as soon as possible if your new piece is broken or damaged, as I will only honour this offer within 7 days after your package was delivered.
I cannot guarantee the repair of all broken or damaged pieces but I am willing to work with you to reach a conclusion.
If a piece you have purchased becomes damaged down the road due to heavy wear and tear, or becomes damaged due to events other than previously stated the customer must take responsibility for any damage that has occurred. Send me photos of the damage and I can see if the piece can be repaired. The customer will be responsible for repair costs as well as shipping both ways. If the piece is beyond repair I am always willing to work with you to recreate the jewelry piece entirely pending on the materials available in my studio.
